The Sri Ms Group is in the process of making its maiden entry into property development. The vehicle for property development is SRIMSD.

SRIMSD’s first development project consists of a 15-acre freehold titled site to be developed into a modern housing estate. The proposed housing project is located very strategically along the Karak – Kuantan trunk road, about 1 1/2 km from Karak town. The new East Coast highway is also easily accessible from the project site. The Community College and the Proposed TAR College (Karak) are also located in the vicinity. There is also a new commercial centre being planned for this location.

SRIMSD is currently undertaking earthwork under its first phase (7-acres) of the proposed housing project. The project would comprise double storey shop lots, medium cost houses and low cost houses, incorporating the latest designs.
